1. Stop dieting and start eating. Diets don’t work and you know it. It’s time to start eating healthy for life. No more deprivation. No more starvation. If you don’t get this basic truth right you will always fail because you will never learn how to maintain a proper way of eating.

  1. Stop Dieting and Start Eating seems like a strange statement to anyone who is trying to lose weight. Most diet programs have you eating the kind of foods that you should be avoiding and avoiding the kind of foods you should be eating.

    1. That's exactly right. Most people never focus on learning what foods to eat for the rest of their life, but only for a short term weight loss and instant gratification. They also don't really know what works for their particular biochemistry, knowledge of which is at the core of any weight loss success. This approach usually backfires, making them gain more weight the moment they get off the diet, AND damaging their metabolism in the process. This only makes losing weight in the future even harder.
